Any concerns Kentucky fans?

The University of Kentucky could win its first title since 1998 tonight in NOLA against the Kansas Jayhawks. A lot of the talk surrounding Kentucky is about their Head Coach John Calipari. As successful as he has been over the years, he has yet to win a National Championship, and technically hasnt been to a Final 4, according to the NCAA.
Kentucky fans, is there concern that anotehr title or Final 4 appearance could be vacated down the road? Just because this has haunted Coach Cal in the past, I dont know if it will come to play this time around. A Kentucky championship, I believe, will hang in Rupp Arena for a long time...no velcro needed this time.
