Gruden here, Gruden there...Gruden everywhere

If it's not the University of Tennessee, it's the Cleveland Browns...or pick any of the open, or soon to be open, College or NFL coaching jobs. Former Raiders and Buccaneers Head Coach Jon Gruden seems to be rumored to be going just about everywhere. Whether he takes any of those jobs, is what is really in question.
Right now he is nestled next to Mike Tirico in the Monday Night Football booth, making nice coin. He doesn't have to recruit or motivate, teach or coach anyone but himself...and I think he likes it that way. The College game is in search of superstar coaches that can sell it in the living room, and be just as proficient on the football field. Those coaches are hard to find, and sometimes, harder to keep.
Gruden, a University of Dayton grad, is a smart man...who knows he is, "always right up here in the booth." Unless a University literally backs up the Brinks truck, he stays in the suit and in the booth. He can keep telling you how much he, "likes that guy," and how he would, "give anything to coach that guy,' because he isn't going anywhere.
Tennessee, good luck...Browns you too...but you might have better luck prying younger brother Jay Gruden from the Bengals than you do big brother Jon from his Italian leather seat.
