Is Luck to the Colts a done deal?

We have heard for over a year now that Andrew Luck would be the first pick in the 2012 NFL Draft. As we approach the draft, i am hearing waivering for the first time. ESPN NFL analyst Merril Hoge says that if he were the Colts, he would select RG3 over Andrew Luck. He likes Griffin's measurables more than Luck's...very interesting.
While I feel the Colts will end up taking Luck, Hoge raises an interesting point...is Luck the obvious choice? To me, he is...and im sure to the Colts, he is too. Either one could end up not panning out as they are expected. I will roll my dice on Luck...to me, the safer bet.
