OSU self reports 46 NCAA violations

Ohio State informed the NCAA of 46 minor violations that have occured over the past 11 months. The violations range from talking to prospective recruits to the use of smokeless tobacco on the sidelines. I suggest you find this article somewhere and read it, maybe even a few from different outlets. The violations, as the Bleacher report mentions, say more about the NCAA than OSU.
