Undefeated, but now what?

As the Ohio State Buckeyes look back on an undefeated 12-0 2012 season, as they have and will, they will see success, teamwork, and what could have been. When I look back, I see new found, enhanced expectations. Expectations are always high in the Capital city, but now, maybe as high as they have ever been. National Championships are going to be expected...and I mean multiple.
Coming into the season, I talked about how seemingly, expectations for Ohio State were low, and high concurrently. Low because, they have no Big Ten Championship Game or Bowl to play for, yet high because, well, IT'S OHIO STATE!!! Now following a 12-0 season, that left eveyrone wondering, "what if", what do you think the expectations will be now? BCS title...probably.
Ohio State made a huge move bringing in Urban Meyer, the football coach/rock star he seems to be seen as in the coaching circle. Football, at every level, is about getting more and more talent, and in college, that is recruiting. Urban can sell it in the living room, or even a phone call. Players, like California HS star TE Marcus Baugh, who committed sight unseen to OSU. He wants to be the, "next Aaron Hernandez," and thinks his soon to be college coach can help him do so.
With the players returning, and the 2013 schedule, many wins are expected from OSU next season. Keep expectations high, but realize it's still very early in the Urban Meyer game. He isn't going anywhere, and neither are his star recruits. Keep that in mind if the final BCS Championship doesn't end up in Columbus.
