Wright State’s Steven Davis In The College Slam Dunk Contest On ESPN

Wright State’s Steven Davis will be a part of Final Four weekend as he participates in the College Slam Dunk Contest in Phoenix, Arizona on March 30th on ESPN.

Davis was one of only two seniors on this past seasons roster for the Wright State Raiders who finished the season 20-12 overall with an 11-7 mark in the Horizon League. After a career plagued with injuries, Davis was finally able to stay on the floor and entertain the Raider fans all season long with his high flying, highlight reel quality dunks.

Davis’s show time dunking ability landed him on ESPN SportsCenter’s TOP10 twice this season (I was fortunate enough to be on the call with Chris Collins for the one posted above on ESPN3) and a spot in the College Slam Dunk Contest which will be broadcasted LIVE on ESPN, Thursday March 30th at 10 p.m. ET.
