This Montgomery County Township is Giving Away Steering Wheel Locks to Kia, Hyundai Owners
Thanks to the effects of a car theft social media trend, residents in a Miami Valley township will now be able to defend themselves from having their vehicle stolen.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and Harrison Township have announced that owners of Kia and Hyundai vehicles are being offered free steering wheel locks. The locks will only be available to Harrison Township residents, while supplies last.
Pickup times for the locks are from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the Sheriff’s Office district substation, located at 5945 N. Dixie Drive. More information on the program is available here.
